Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts; build positive long-term relationships with all clients
- Drive client retention, renewals, and client satisfaction
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insights
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory. Any additional language will be a plus.
- Experienced as a Senior Account Manager / Retention specialist in the FX industry will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
- Being am excellent listener
- Dynamic personality able to influence a variety of audiences at all levels
- Confident communication skills
- Team Management skills
- Adaptability
