Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Cleaner and Manager, located in Nicosia. The role involves peforming cleaning duties to cleints, managing cleaning staff, developing cleaning schedules, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and conducting regular inspections. The Manager will also be responsible for training staff, ordering cleaning supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning and managing cleaning staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to train and supervise a team effectively
- Proficient in ordering and managing cleaning supplies and inventory
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is a plus
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Loves cleaning
- Speaks English, greek and additional european languages.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry
